Foot reflexology
Foot reflexology is a balancing and harmonizing therapy that is far from the organs and has developed over time from ancient folk knowledge into a precisely developed form of therapy.
Both under-functioning organs can be stimulated (encouraged) and over-functioning organs can be sedated (calmed). The foot "reflects" the condition of the entire person on a smaller scale.
If certain areas prove to be painful during treatment, this may mean that the associated organ or system requires treatment.
Pain is usually viewed as an enemy to be fought. Foot reflexology, however, as a regulatory therapy, sees it as a sign that the human body's healing and regenerative powers need support. The body's own self-healing powers are stimulated, and energy can flow again.
Why foot reflexology?
Foot reflexology is both gentle and thorough, and is proven effective for:
Strengthening the immune system, preventing colds and flu
Muscular tension, tension headaches, migraines
Digestive problems (constipation, stomach problems, acid reflux, etc.)
Menstrual problems, cycle disorders, desire to have children
Chronic or acute rhinitis, sinusitis
Susceptibility to colds, chronic middle ear infections
asthma
Allergies
hay fever
Sleep disorders, exhaustion
Menopausal symptoms
as an accompaniment to fasting and detoxification treatments
